We are pleased to be planning to meet in person again this season (see programme page for the nights when we will instead be holding Zoom meetings).
We will be meeting in the upstairs room in Stokesley Town Hall
Before coming along to a meeting please read these instructions carefully – we want to make the evenings as safe and enjoyable as possible and have taken advice from reliable sources.
Before the meeting
Please do not come to the meeting if
– You have symptoms/feel unwell
– You have tested positive for Covid (lateral flow/PCR test)
– You have been told to self-isolate
– Someone you have close contact with has tested positive
– You are quarantining after a visit abroad
The Town Hall will be cleaned before and after the session. Doors to the room will be left open during the evening to maximise ventilation.
Entering the venue
Please sign our register on entering the hall. As well as satisfying the Fire Regulation requirements this will aid us with contact tracing if necessary
Please wear a mask and keep it on until you are seated, and again when moving around the hall.
Keep socially distanced as you enter, and use the hand sanitiser provided.
Please remain socially distanced while you are inside the building.
After the meeting
If you have a positive test for Covid after attending one of our meetings please inform the club secretary so that we can (anonymously) inform other attendees of the possible contact.
